Abhilash Jain, Shehan Hettiaratchy and Jon Simmons are consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeons who work together at Imperial College NHS Trust, a large London university teaching hospital. They set up RENEW to provide a high quality service to private patients.

In addition all three surgeons have a sub specialist interest in hand surgery including carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, joint replacement, surgery for dupuytrens disease, ganglion excision, joint fusion, surgery for arthritis and all elements of hand trauma. The philosophy at RENEW is to undertake an ethical and holistic approach to patient care using evidence based medicine. They are all highly trained (in the UK) and hold appointments in the UK's largest Academic Health Science Centre where they have busy clinical roles as well as teaching, training and research responsibilities. In the NHS they work as a team and aim to provide this approach to their private practice, ensuring optimum patient treatment.
